This year due to limited availability of flights to Poznan ,most of the participants will prefer Berlin as a main hub for arrival. That is why only Berlin tour will be held before the conference.

Tour Description:
We pick you up from airport and directly start to our Berlin city tour which is capital city of Germany So take a seat in our comfortable bus and let us show you most interesting sites in Berlin. Our program of sightseeing will be covering in one and half day: drive along famous Straße des 17. Juni with such attractions like Victory Column, Tiergarten and others until we reach one of the landmarks of the city - Brandenburg Gate. You will also have an opportunity to see impressive building of Reichstag, Berlin Wall, Potsdam Square, Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden Avenue with Humbold University, Bebelplatz, TV Tower, Alexanderplatz and Nikolai Quarter.You will visit the Museums Island and Charlottenburg Palace from the outside and admire Gendarmenmarkt Square, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Kurfuerstendamm Boulevard. We will also see the Holocaust Memorial, New Synagogue and Oranienburger Str. Later,we will transfer you Poznan.
This is one of the most interesting one day excursions that can be taken anywhere in Poland because this tour will take you back in time to the very begginings of state of Poland. Gniezno was first capital city of our country and Biskupin is the best example of an Iron Age fortified settlement in Poland.
In Gniezno we will show you the 14th century Gothic Cathedral of the Assumption of St Mary. In 997 the relics of St Wojciech (St Adalbert) were laid here and until today are kept in silver casket inside the church. Cathedral was also the place where many Polish Kings were crowned between 1025 and 14th century. You will also see the famous Bronze Doors made in the late 12th century depicting some of the scenes from the life and martydom of St Wojciech. Afterwards we will go to Piast Park for a short visit in Museum of the Origins of the Polish State.
Next stop in our program will be one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments - archaeological open-air museum Biskupin. You will see the remains of approx 2500 years old settlement situated on a marshy peninsula in Lake Biskupin. When we finish sightseeing, we will come back to Poznan.
Later we will be heading to city of Torun one of the most beautiful cities in northern Poland. This medieval and academic town was the place where world-famous astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus was born. Its architecture is so unique that it was inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1997. The Old and New Town, an original street pattern and medieval buildings create the atmosphere of the past. The most important sites are the well-preserved Town Hall from 13th century, the 14th – century Gothic Church of the Virgin Mary and ruins of the Castle of the Teutonic Knights. You will also get to the Leaning Tower which is a part of medieval city walls and one of the most interesting attractions in the city. Visiting Torun, you are advised to try a local speciality – a gingerbread known as piernik. After the tour overnight will be in Poznan.

Wroclaw is one of the most beautiful and dynamically developing cities in Poland. It was once called the Venice of the North-due to its location on the River Oder and its four tributaries as well as because of its numerous bridges(together with railway and foot bridges numbering over 120 in total ) which to this day continue to add a charming dimension to the city.During our city tour we will be visiting the Market Square and see the eastern and southern frontages, famous town hall, salt market, St.Elisabeth Church, Stare Jatki ( Old brother`s stals,Wroclaw University and visit the Ostrow Tumski – the oldest part of city which is situated on an island on the Odra River. There you will have a chance to hear about history of Wroclaw and see its landmark – the Cathedral of St John the Baptist.
