Over the past two decades, JGSM has established itself as an international platform for the dissemination of rigorous and innovative research. Our mission has remained unchanged: to publish scholarly work that contributes to both theoretical development and managerial practice while encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives on strategic management in an increasingly dynamic global environment.

The current issue brings together eight original research articles, each addressing contemporary challenges and opportunities facing organizations across diverse institutional and international contexts.
